in the pink now?
The GQ Men of the Year Awards in the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London, were a little more laddish than usual - and all because of the on stage antics of ladette, Lily Allen.
They were supposed to be honouring the achievements of Boris Johnston, Led Zeppelin, etc, however a steady supply of pink champagne ensured that Allen, a mere boyette at only 23, had plenty of thoughts to share out loud regarding her co-host , Sir Elton John - most of which cannot be printed!
Sir Dwight had his ‘been there, bought the t-shirt, threw up all over it’ face on for most of the evening- however his sense of humour left the building long before he did. In fact I bet he wished he’d followed the yellow brick road to retirement long ago.
